ITQ Programs
Under an ITQ or on-call contract, Thomas Construction becomes your bench: paving repairs after a waterline break, a culvert that failed in spring melt, sidewalk and ADA ramp programs, storm damage response.
We carry the bonding, insurance, and prevailing-wage compliance up front, so task orders move at the speed of a phone call — not a bid cycle.

MAINTENANCE · SNOW REMOVAL
Our winter operations crews run plow- and spreader-equipped heavy trucks from our Grove City yard, with GPS tracking on every unit so you can verify routes and response times. Seasonal contracts include pre-storm brining, priority-route plowing, anti-icing, and haul-off — with the same crews returning to repair winter pavement damage in spring.
